Brand awareness and differentiation can be a challenge in the produce department, so we helped ENVY break through to consumers and ensure they considered ENVY when comparing apples to apples. We partnered with ENVY Apples for a sampling roadshow that toured priority markets up and down both the east and west coasts. For 3 months, the Envy Team met shoppers and offered a taste of ENVY Apples at key retail accounts including Whole Foods, Fresh Market, Harris Teeter, GIANT, ACME, ShopRite, Fairway, Stop & Shop, Tops, Loblaws Toronto), BJ’s, Safeway, Albertson’s, Vons, and Raleys.
At each stop, the teams engaged shoppers to get them excited about ENVY Apples by enticing them with fresh samples. Beyond the tastings, we kicked the experience up by including a social photo experience ripe for sharing and an Instagram powered vending machine that distributed ENVY prizes when guests shared with #BiteAndBelieve.
