VH1 & Logo TV  |  RuPaul's Drag Race: All Stars  |  Big Gay Ice Cream Partnership

The Queens are Wild season of All Stars was special in that it was the first to be simulcast on both Logo and VH1. This shift to a mainstream cable network and the massive audience potential was big news. We developed a stunt designed to drive earned mainstream media coverage as well as awareness and tune-in for the series on both networks. We formed a partnership with Big Gay Ice Cream and deployed a fully wrapped ice cream truck to the streets of New York City targeting Union Square and Madison Square Park over 2 days. Our flamboyant truck offered custom ice cream and ice pops while RuPaul's All Stars themselves encouraged fans to tune-in to the new season airing simultaneously on both networks.
